Refund Policy

Vayce Studio sells digital FiveM / GTA V clothing and related files. There is no box to ship back. After delivery, copies can remain on a computer. That is the reason a correctly delivered pack is not treated like a jacket you can return unworn.

When a pack has been delivered or made available (see section 3), the purchase is final. We do not refund for:

• change of mind;
• buying the wrong pack after it has been delivered;
• not reading the pack page, requirements, or compatibility notes that were published before you paid;
• using a different game build than the one stated;
• server artifacts, missing dependencies, server.cfg mistakes, or conflicts with other resources;
• not completing Discord steps after Cfx.re already has the entitlement.

This is the strongest position we can take that still matches Tebex’s published checkout terms (licences, not sales; transaction final except where consumer law requires otherwise) and does not pretend that a statutory right has disappeared if the law still grants it.

A pack is delivered when the licensed content has been put at your disposal, including when:

• Asset Escrow / Cfx.re has granted the models or protected files to the Cfx.re account used at checkout (or the gifted account); or
• texture files for that pack have been made available through the official Vayce Studio Discord.

Either part can complete delivery of that part. Together they are one product. You do not get to keep the files and reverse the payment because you only collected one of the two halves after both were made available.

If you paid, received access, and then decided you did not want the pack, that is not a refund ground. Digital files cannot be “returned unused” in any way we can verify.

Choose carefully. If the wrong pack has already been delivered to a Cfx.re account, the sale is normally final. Open Discord before you buy if you are unsure which pack fits your server. We may, at our discretion, help you onto the correct pack; that is a courtesy, not a right to unwind a delivered licence.

Packs list framework and, where relevant, game build. Problems caused by your artifacts, dependencies, install path, or other resources are configuration issues. We will help you install the pack on Discord. Configuration issues are not treated as a defective product and do not open a refund after delivery.

If something is actually wrong with the pack — a reproducible error in our files, not in your server — tell us on Discord with:

• your Tebex payment ID / Cfx.re username used at checkout;
• the pack name;
• what you expected, what happened, and how to reproduce it.

We will diagnose it. The usual path is a fix, an update, or replacement files. A refund for a defect is considered only if the pack cannot be made to work as described and the problem is ours. That is support first, not “no refunds even when the product is broken.”

If you paid and the entitlement never reached the Cfx.re account, or textures were never made available, that is non-delivery. Wait a short time after payment, confirm you signed in with the same Cfx.re account (or the gift username), then open a Discord ticket and, if needed, Tebex Buyer Support with your payment ID.

Non-delivery is not: you have not joined Discord yet; you skipped the download post; you used a different Cfx.re account than the one at checkout; or your server fails to start a resource you have not installed.

Textures for some packs are downloaded from the official Discord because escrowed assets on Cfx.re have a documented maximum size of 1 GB. Joining Discord and following the posted steps is how you collect that part of a pack you already bought. Failing to complete those steps does not mean we failed to deliver if the files are there for that order.

If the same Cfx.re account is charged twice for the same pack by mistake, contact us on Discord with both payment IDs. Genuine duplicates are handled as billing errors. Buying two different packs, or gifting to another account, is not a duplicate.

If you did not authorise the payment, contact Tebex immediately through checkout contact or Buyer Support, and tell us on Discord. Tebex may reverse fraud at its discretion. Do not use a chargeback as the first step if you can still reach Tebex — it is slower and can freeze store access.

Tebex’s published buyer FAQ states that it does not issue refunds for these digital transactions because the content is consumed on delivery. You may still contact Tebex. Tebex, not Vayce, decides checkout refunds. Our policy is what we recommend and what we apply on our side. It does not let us overrule a refund Tebex is required to make by law.

Contacting Tebex does not mean you qualify for a refund. If the pack was delivered, expect the request to be refused unless a legal exception or a true non-delivery / billing error applies.

A chargeback asks your bank or PayPal to reverse a payment Tebex already processed. Tebex defends eligible disputes as merchant of record. We cannot promise that a chargeback will fail, and we cannot promise that Tebex will ignore it.

If you open a chargeback or PayPal dispute on a pack that was delivered, we may permanently ban the Cfx.re account and related users from our Discord and Vayce services. That is access to our community, not a claim that we control FiveM or Tebex.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited in your country. For customers in the EU / EEA / UK, Tebex describes a statutory withdrawal right for digital content and how it ends when download or performance starts with the consent given at checkout. Details live in the Tebex Checkout Terms (including Schedule 1). If those rules require a refund, Tebex handles it.
